The Guest Services Volunteer Program is open to all non-working female residents in Dubai. Each volunteer is expected to contribute a minimum of three shifts of four hours each week to the Guest Services Volunteers Team within the mall. In return, the equivalent wages will be donated to a selected local charity group. The Guest Services Volunteers will be the social and informative hub for visitors to The Dubai Mall with the volunteers acting as the first line for general enquiries.
