Also our sister mall, Souk Al Bahar which is connected by a link bridge on the Lower Ground, has a selection of licensed restaurants and bars that are open

Why is there still so much road construction? When will it be done?
The Dubai Mall is working with the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) to complete the road works as efficiently as possible.
Signs have been put in place on the main road, and around the mall to ease congestion and help visitors.We expect all main roads leading into the mall to be completed by end of 2008.
